Admissions Process
Step One:
Contact the admissions office. Be prepared to honestly and candidly answer some serious questions about your life, your health, your family, and your legal situation during a pre-screening. You may be asked to make an appointment for a personal interview.
Step Two:
Download and fill out the application and carefully read through all the information provided.
Out-of-State Applicants For those who are applying from out-of-state, the interview process can be done over the phone.
Step Three:
Complete the medical part of your application. Prior to entry you will need to obtain:
A routine physical by your Primary Care Provider or free clinic in your area
A Tuberculosis screening
An HIV screening
A Hepatitis A, B, & C screening
COVID-19 Screening
Note: All medical and dental needs must be taken care of prior to entry of the program
